## Narrative
I took my car for a safety inspection because it was salvage I fixed the car but won't pass inspection due to a recall that does not apply to my car.  I took my car to Honda dealer for two recalls the air bag that they fixed and the nose mask they said does not apply to my car.  I told them I need it taken off to pass inspection they referred me to America Honda they told me they can't do anything.  I also contacted BAR they said they can't do anything.  Please help me with this.
