## Narrative
Excessive Floor Heat Resulting in Burn Injuries and Potential Fire Hazard Incident Date: XXX On XXX, my husband and I purchased a new 2026 Entegra Vision XL 34B recreational vehicle from Motor Home Specialist in [XXX]. On XXX after completing an approximately 1½-hour drive from [XXX], to our home in [XXX], I sustained painful burns to the bottoms of both feet due to an extremely overheated metal floor plate located between the driver's and front passenger's seats. Upon arriving home, we parked the motorhome and had just turned off the engine. As I stood up from the front passenger seat while barefoot, I stepped directly onto the exposed metal floor plate that serves as the mounting attachment for the removable extension table. The extension table was NOT installed at the time, leaving the metal mounting plate exposed and accessible. The metal plate was so extremely hot that it immediately burned the bottom of my left foot. Instinctively, I jumped away from the heat, landing on my right foot, which also contacted the overheated surface. As a result, I sustained burns to the bottoms of BOTH feet, with my right foot suffering the more severe injury. The metal plate was so dangerously hot that it could not be touched with a bare hand without risking a burn. The surrounding floor area was also excessively hot, making it unsafe to stand on. Based on our experience with high-temperature cooking surfaces, we estimated that the plate may have reached temperatures of 350°F or higher; h
