## Narrative
My vehicle was damaged in a hit-and-run accident on March 6, 2023, and subsequently repaired by Matick Buick GMC. In 2025, I became aware of documented concerns involving airbag-related components, a restraint system warning light, StabiliTrak warnings, ABS-related concerns, diagnostic trouble codes, missing fasteners, water intrusion, and headliner-related repairs. Subsequent inspections and repair estimates identified additional safety-related repairs, diagnostics, and corrective actions after the collision repairs had been completed. I continue to have concerns regarding the vehicle's safety and roadworthiness. Please see the attached Supplemental Vehicle Safety Statement and supporting documentation for additional details.
