## Narrative
The contact owns a 1996 Toyota T100. The contact stated that while driving between 25-30 MPH, the front driver's side air bag deployed and exploded without impact, propelling the contact's arm into his face. There was smoke coming from the steering wheel. The contact pulled over to the shoulder of the road, pushed the air bag back into the steering wheel, and ventilated the vehicle. The horn independently engaged continuously following the air bag deployment, requiring the driver to disconnect the fuses. The contact sustained soreness to the left arm, elbow, forearm, and hand. The failure mileage was approximately 220,000.
