This is for a 2021 Grand Design Reflection 28BH fifth wheel that we purchased a month ago. The slide out will not work properly causing major issues. We had to dismantle and remove the refrigerator and use a jack to prop up the slide out to get it to slide back in. This is after having to take apart the coverings to force the slide out back on it's track for it twisted and bent due to one side going out while the other side didn't. Also, the previous owners stated they had the frame fixed because it had issues, yet we have experienced continual issues with the frame bowing and the back left side is sagging. My husband sustained a strangulated hernia using his strength to force the slide out to go back out when we arrived at our new destination. We are currently living in the trailer for we are homeless, so we have no choice but to keep using it. We will, however, not be pulling the trailer anywhere now that we know there's an active lawsuit for this exact year, make, & model. The first time we used the slide out, it made horrible clicking noises. We contacted the previous owners asking them if they had issues with the slide out, to which they replied no.
