## Narrative
The contact owns a 2019 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while traveling at 45 MPH, the vehicle collided with a stopped vehicle that had no exterior lights visible. Upon impact, the airbags failed to deploy. Additionally, the front passenger seat belt failed to lock, nearly causing the contact's daughter to strike the dashboard.
