## Narrative
my 2016 HD CVO street glide began to slow down from driving 65mph. I tried to give it gas and did not accelerate; within 3-4 seconds I was below 30mph and was rear ended by a truck. No warning lights were on. I told my HD mechanic, and he stated that he had 2-3 CVO with that 110 engine for the same problem, seized piston, he said it causes the engine to come to a stop as if the brakes were being applied. I plan on retaining my motorcycle from the insurance and hiring a professional investigator to tear down and see if the engine seized.  If so I plan to pursue a product liability case against Harley Davison.
