## Narrative
Update to NHTSA complaint #11629630: The accident resulted in my vehicle being declared a total loss. Here is what happened the morning of the accident. When I first started my Genesis, the display went completely black, so I shut the vehicle off and restarted it. After I began driving, multiple unusual and misleading messages appeared on the screen. About 15 minutes later, I reached my destination and began to park. As I was parking, the vehicle continued moving despite my foot being pressed firmly on the brake. I contacted Genesis the same day, and case #40071113 was opened. I contacted Genesis multiple times and asked it to analyze the vehicle’s computer data to determine the root cause. Genesis did not investigate the cause or respond to my requests; my calls were ignored. I ask NHTSA to consider r
