## Narrative

The employee was working at a production line where breast meat is inspected prior to packaging. The employee reached down and underneath a conveyor belt where her glove was caught in a pinch point, amputating her right index fingertip. The doctor described it as a de-gloving of the fingertip with removal of the bone tip.
