## Narrative

An employee of Hebron Inc. delivered scrap cars to a salvage yard.  While unstrapping the restraints, at least two car logs dislodged from the scrap pile and rolled/slid, pinning the employee between the trailer and the car logs. The employee was hospitalized for injuries that included internal bleeding.
