## Narrative

Employees were building transmission power lines at the site location. They were changing out the cross arm of the power line structure and had the cross arms supported with two slings and a crane. The injured employee removed the bolt that held the cross arm onto the pole. He rested his hand on the edge of the bucket he was working from; the cross arm slipped, landed on his hand in the sling, and pinched his finger between the cross arm and the bucket. His fingertip flesh was removed.
