## Narrative

At approximately 3:00 AM on 3/11/2015, an employee was injured while trying to avoid an animal in the road. His truck swerved, and the tires got caught on the soft shoulder, causing the semi-trailer to roll over. He suffered three broken ribs and a punctured lung.
