## Narrative

An employee was working outside at the rear of the facility. A forklift operator was emptying a load of boxes into the trash compactor and struck the employee on the side of her head just below the ear. The employee sustained a fracture to the bone below the ear. It is unknown if the forks or the boxes struck the employee.
