## Narrative

On May 7, 2015, at approximately 6:15 a.m., an employee fractured his left hand and was hospitalized. The employee was securing a barge to a stationary cell near the river's edge. To tie the barge off to the cell, the employee pulled the ring away from the cell. His finger/hand got pinched between the barge and the ring, which was level with the barge.
