## Narrative

The employee was on site in Claremont, FL taking down a scaffold and moving material. He complained to the site supervisor that he was not feeling well. The employee began to cramp after sitting down and drinking some water. The employee was taken to the hospital and admitted overnight for observation and IV fluids.
