## Narrative

An employee was checking a leak on the roof. He fell through the roof (skylight) and ceiling (another 15 feet) to the ground for about 50 feet total. He was hospitalized for a dislocated shoulder, a cut on his left rib, and brain bleeding. He underwent surgery.
