## Narrative

Two employees were involved in an accident on Friday, July 31, 2015. The employees were installing siding from a pump jack scaffolding when one of the support brackets came loose, causing the scaffolding to swing away from the structure. The employees fell to the ground and suffered multiple fractures, requiring hospitalization for treatment.
