## Narrative

An employee was performing maintenance on a polishing machine. The employee was opening the plate/platform to get inside the machine to remove a part. After stepping in the open area of the machine, the employee felt a sharp pain/burning sensation in the right abdomen area. The employee suffered a hernia.
