## Narrative

An employee at an oil field site was snubbing pipe while standing on a catwalk. As a second pipe was being loaded into the V-door, it caught the end of the first pipe, sending the second pipe into the air. The employee saw the pipe and jumped from the catwalk to avoid being struck. The pipe fell on and broke his left leg.
