## Narrative

An employee was operating a crimper machine. While the employee was putting a metal holder piece in place, the machine somehow activated, causing the ram to engage.  The employee's right hand was caught between the ram and the machine deck. The employee was hospitalized for treatment of broken bones in the right hand.
