## Narrative

An employee was walking on a catwalk to inspect the current job progress. While inspecting bolts, the employee fell 20 to 25 feet through the grating into a 2-feet-deep pool of water. The employee sustained rib and vertebrae fractures, a heel fracture, and a punctured buttock.
