## Narrative

On February 17, 2016, an employee was exiting a scissor lift when his finger became caught in a cable attached to a locking pin.  The locking pin is used to hold a top rail into place at the end of the scissor lift.  The employee's right ring finger was amputated down to the second knuckle.
