## Narrative

On February 27, 2016, at approximately 6:20 a.m., an employee fell off a load of drywall on the back of a truck while preparing to unload it. The employee fell approximately 15 feet to the ground, fracturing vertebrae and suffering a concussion. The employee required head staples.
