## Narrative

An employee was guiding a metal grating, which was being lifted by an excavator bucket to its final location, when the rigging slipped from the excavator hook. The metal grating then fell, striking the employee in the left leg just below the knee. The impact fractured the employee's tibia and fibula, requiring surgery.
