## Narrative

A maintenance employee was working from a step ladder, trying to clear a clogged water pipe. As he was trying to unplug the pipe, it cracked and water shot out. The water hit the employee, causing him to fall from the ladder to the concrete ground. He landed on his feet and broke both heels.
