## Narrative

An employee was operating a stand-up high reach truck.  As the employee was traveling, the lift struck a pallet that was on the floor.  When the lift struck the pallet, the employee was ejected from the lift and struck a nearby rack where he injured his lower back and fractured his pelvis.
