## Narrative

A stack of pipes were placed on a rack on top of rollers on the floor. The employee needed to blow the pipes out, so he went to get the air line. He was walking backwards toward the rack, pulling the hose, when his leg made contact with the rack. His pant leg was caught in the rollers, and his calf was pinched between the rollers and the rack. He tore his Achilles tendon and punctured his leg, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
