## Narrative

On June 14, 2016, an employee was felling trees and brush around an overhead power transmission line with a chainsaw. The oak tree being felled slit up the middle and toppled to the ground, striking the employee's shoulder and knocking the employee to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with fractured collarbones and ribs.
