## Narrative

On September 06, 2016, at approximately 5:10 AM, an employee was welding a window on a pipe of a boiler header when hot water and steam suddenly came out from an open pipe that was next to the other pipe, burning the employee's legs, torso, and arms. He was hospitalized.
