## Narrative

On or about September 14, 2016, an employee shut down his drop ball crane and exited the cab when he heard a noise from the engine compartment. As he inspected the engine, the coolant line broke/displaced, spraying hot fluid on him. He suffered burns, requiring hospitalization.
