## Narrative

An employee was using a forklift to lift and empty a dumpster when he attempted to push the dumpster at the same time that the forklift tines were activated/lifted. His left pinky finger was pinched between the forklift tine and dumpster, amputating his fingertip and requiring hospitalization.
