## Narrative

An employee was leaving a work station in a processing area and was backing up when her heel was caught on the edge of a wood pallet. She lost her balance, tripped, and fell.  While trying to catch herself with her left hand, she broke her left forearm in five places, requiring overnight hospitalization.
