## Narrative

An employee was attempting to hook a trailer to the hitch of a customer's vehicle. The customer was backing up and hit the gas pedal while in reverse, pinning the employee between the vehicle and the trailer. The employee suffered severe leg contusions and was hospitalized overnight.
