## Narrative

An employee and a coworker were working at a machine press to bend metal parts. The employee was placing metal pieces while the coworker operated the machine. The coworker cycled the machine while the employee's fingers were still under it, smashing and fracturing them. The employee's fingers later had to be amputated.
