## Narrative

An employee was walking down an aisle in a warehouse. At the same time, a coworker was operating a forklift in the opposite aisle. The forklift pushed some items, causing them to fall from a shelf and strike the employee. He was hospitalized with a compound fracture to his right leg, six cracked right-side ribs, a fractured pelvis, and three broken vertebrae.
