## Narrative

An employee was inspecting a pump house frame when he discovered the back board box was installed upside down. He enlisted a coworker to help remove and reinstall the box. His left hand was inside the box and his right hand was underneath it as it moved a few inches. When it cleared the framework, the box fell and pinched the employee's finger between it and a piece of angle iron below. His right middle fingertip was partially amputated.
