## Narrative

An employee was removing a gutter from the wall of a residential structure and descending an 8-foot A-frame ladder when he missed the bottom two rungs and fell to the ground. He hit his head on a brick wall, sprained his back, and lost consciousness, requiring overnight hospitalization.
