## Narrative

An employee was attempting to manually manipulate the leading edge of the rail into a lead out stacker. The stacker was displaced by the leading edge of the rail. The employee slipped and his foot went underneath the lead out stacker. The stacker was then freed of the rail that was displacing it and the stacker fell onto the employee's foot resulting in multiple fractures as well as an open wound on the bottom of the foot that extends from heel to toe.
