## Narrative

An employee was climbing a ladder on a fertilizer trailer to adjust a tarp. The tarp flapped in the wind and caused him to fall from the ladder to the ground. He sustained a compound fracture to his left wrist and a fractured heel. One of his injuries required surgery.
