## Narrative

An employee was off-loading water from a lake tank into the company tanker. While standing at the rear of the tanker, the employee stepped over a hose to check the process. As the employee's weight shifted, the rear (left) leg slipped in the mud and the employee fell, fracturing the left patella and requiring hospitalization.
