## Narrative

On June 22, 2017, at approximately 10:30 a.m., an employee fell approximately 5 feet from the work platform of a scaffold to the ground. On the way down, the employee's leg became caught in a ladder rung and suffered compartment syndrome, requiring hospitalization.
