## Narrative

An employee was moving a storage trailer toward a dock when the trailer tipped on a hill. The cab then went into the air and fell down with the trailer. The employee suffered two vertebrae fractures, one tailbone fracture, and one shoulder blade fracture. He was hospitalized.
