## Narrative

On October 28, 2017, an employee was standing on a scaffold spray painting, when he leaned over the scaffold's top rail, lost his balance, and fell approximately 8 feet to the concrete floor. He suffered a skull fracture, broken collarbone, broken elbow, broken ribs, punctured lung, and broken ear drum.
