## Narrative

While working in the factory/warehouse, an employee observed a trash truck that was dropping off a 20- to 30-yard roll-off dumpster. He noticed some pallets in the area that he thought needed to be moved and yelled at the driver to stop. The driver stopped, but only to release the chain to free the dumpster so it could be positioned. The driver did not hear the employee and proceeded to make the drop. The employee attempted to get up from the area but was struck by the dumpster. He was caught between the dumpster and the loading dock, fracturing his right tibia.
