## Narrative

An employee was checking a truck out of the site and gave the driver his manifest ticket. The employee turned around to go to a guard shack. The truck driver may have turned his wheels too tight and ended up striking the employee's legs with the truck's rear tires. The employee suffered soft tissue injuries.
