## Narrative

On 12/20/2017, at 12:00 PM, an employee was attempting to answer her cell phone when she fell off a mobile unit lift area, about 3- to 4-feet, to the asphalt or concrete below. She sustained a lower back compression fracture and right arm fracture, requiring hospitalization.
