## Narrative

An employee was operating a skinner machine and guiding hams to allow the tooth roll to grab and pull the hams into the skinning blade when a ham shifted, causing his smock sleeve and skinner glove to become caught in the tooth roll/skinning blade. He suffered an acute soft tissue injury of the right arm.
