## Narrative

An employee was selecting a pipe fitting from a cart for installation. The employee took a fitting from the cart, moved to get back onto a ladder, and slipped. As the employee started to fall, he grabbed the handle on the cart and suffered a hernia, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
