## Narrative

An employee was performing sub-arc welding on a power section when a flux catcher bin ignited due to someone throwing plastic and other trash in the bin (it is strictly for catching welding pieces). The employee was overcome by smoke inhalation and required hospitalization for carbon monoxide exposure.
