## Narrative

An employee was on the fourth step of an 8-foot ladder removing a piece of HVAC duct work from the ceiling while a coworker supported the duct work from the floor. The coworker lost control of the duct work and it swung down and knocked over the ladder, causing the employee to fall to the ground. The employee suffered a fractured right scapula, fractured right clavicle, and seven fractured ribs.
